But God In His Mercy, Grace, and Love
Provided a way man whom He had made from clay that he,
might escape the coming wrath of a Holy God and be cast into Hell.
He sent His Son wrapped in the robes of clay,
to agonize in prayer in the Garden.
But God In His Mercy, Grace, and Love
He sent His Son wrapped in the robes of clay
To suffer humiliation at the hands of very wicked men.
Where He was spat upon and smote upon by very wicked men.
Where He was mocked and scourged until His visage was marred more than any man.
But God In His Mercy, Grace, and Love
He sent His Son wrapped in the robes of clay.
To suffer untold pain on that old rugged Cross.
Where God’s Son was forsaken by all.
Where God’s Son cried out “it is finished.”
But God In His Mercy, Grace, and Love
He sent His Son wrapped in the robes of clay
To allow the cords of death to bind Him in a grave.
in a garden is where God’s Son tomb was located,
where He was laid for three days and nights.
But God In His Mercy, Grace, and Love
He sent His Son wrapped in the robes of clay
He arose on the morning of third of the day,
from that tomb in the Garden,
victor over death, hell and the grave.
Today God Offers To Whosoever Will Come To Him
To put their trust and faith in His Son,
so that whosoever will come,
the wrath of God will not abide upon them,
and they will have eternal life in His Son,
with a Home in Heaven not in Hell.
